Alexander was absolutely exceptional! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding, and the quality of his work was flawless. He resized all three of my rings within just a few hours—including a full infinity diamond band, which is incredibly complex and not something every jeweler is willing or able to resize.

His craftsmanship, attention to detail, and efficiency truly exceeded my expectations. You would never know any of the rings had been altered. Was so happy I found Doctor Jeweler!  I bought a rubber strap for my Rolex and was definitely not going to attempt to change it on my own.  It was looking like I was going to have to drive all the way to Aventura (I live in midtown Miami) but I found these guys close by in Wynwood and they were great! I truly cannot say enough great things about my experience! He not only repaired and cleaned all of my jewelry beautifully, but he also took incredible care of some very special pieces that belonged to my grandmother and hold so much sentimental value to me. Knowing how meaningful those pieces were, I really appreciated the care, attention, and respect he gave them. They came back looking absolutely beautiful.
